Complex technological maintenance of professional training of automated systems experts
The small portable instrument has been developed for studies of the schemes element base. It has been offered to use the instrument as a training stand for studies of functional possibilities of the digital elements used in electronic, radioelectronic devices and computing machinery facilities. On the base of several instruments it is possible to create a mobile and convenient laboratory. The instrument can be useful for microcircuits machinery specialists for operation control of different microcircuits.

Regular topologies in microprocessor systems and computer nets
The use of the formalized procedures of topologies' description is an economical method of network structure definition and efficient way of solution of various problems in the sphere of computing systems and communication nets. The procedures of ways' determination are greatly simplified in the regular topology. The methods of the formalized description of the regular topologies of microprocessor systems and computer nets have been shown. The efficient method of the matrix presentation of the hypergraphs has been offered. It has been proposed to use the code intersection graphs for the network topologies' formalized description.

Safety traffic in virtual traffic lanes network of ships
The paper contains the method of calculation of traffic safety factors in the sea fishery region with intensive navigation in the conditions of limited visibility. The criteria of the ship safety traffic in the fishery region have been worked out. The probabilistic features defining the degree of safety ways in the virtual traffic lanes network used for efficient divergence have been defined. The network is built with the use of the characteristics of the code intersection graphs.

Determination of probabilistic and temporal characteristics of ship traffic in the sea fishery region
The calculation formulae for determination velocity and intervals of the ship traffic in the fishery region have been worked out. The virtual traffic lanes' network of ship traffic has been used. The formulae are optimal by criterion of the minimum average time of the movement at the limited area of water.

The architecture of service interconnection in mobil vessel traffic services
The logical architecture of service interconnection in mobil vessel traffic services (MVTS) in remote offshore water with intensive navigation has been considered in the paper. It is based on a seven-layer sample model of the open system interconnection (OSI) of the International Organization of Standardization (ISO). The MVTS is available for interconnection with other systems according to operating standards.

The applied system of the program complex of net services' interaction supporting the dispatching control in the mobile vessel traffic services (MVTS) has been worked out. On applied questions of code intersection graphs' theory
In the paper the questions of code intersection graphs' (CIG) theory having an applied character in the areas using network methods have been considered. The theoretical theses allowing to obtain required characteristics by modifying three basic structural CIG parameters have been formulated and proved. Limits of topology application and physical marketability on the CIG basis have been studied as well.

Navigation problems of small-size swimming facilities in the seaport area and ways of their solution in a sea transport system
The general navigation problems of small-size swimming facilities in the seaport area have been considered. For increasing navigation safety it has been proposed to use mobile vessel traffic services for controlling small-size swimming facilities movement. It can be used both independently and in cooperation with traditional systems (VTS) by converging MVTS in the seaport transport system.
